Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
